I'm setting up my grandson's computer which I'm admin. when I switch to his account, it comes up with 2 things.
1) avgnethub.sys and then reboots.
2) i also get unexpected_kernal_mode_trap and then reboots.
I need to get his computer fixed for school. He's doing virtual school.
I don't have no problems on my account.
Its windows 8.1
any help would be awesome.
Thanks
