Hello Marcel,
You have AVG TuneUp - Unlimited, expires on 6/3/2019. The error message might be because of old/previous AVG PC TuneUp traces. Please go to control panel > program and features, look for AVG PC TuneUp. If it's there, then you can uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp and follow the instruction to download/install/activate AVG TuneUp - Unlimited.
