I unsubscribed in March 2025, but noticed a transaction of €93.99 taken from my account on 19th December - which wasn’t even the amount I had paid previously. It’s very difficult to access customer service, there’s no available email, but I want a paper trail of my complaint. Has anyone else experienced a random transaction?
