Unexplained charge against my account. No mention of it in my order history

Hi,
I received a notification that you are refunding me £10.  Can you explain and why I am not refunded the full amount?  I seem to have paid twice at least.

Why was I charged £72.99 for "Subscription" in Nov 2017, alongside normal subscription renewal for £49.99, paid in Sept  2017? Just noticed it while doing tax returns.
