Keep get error message : "unfortunately antivirus has stopped"   Android 5.1

The antivirus has stopped worked in my system as well and it also affected my printer connection as well. it got me Epson printer error code e-01 (https://errorcode0x.com/fix-epson-printer-error-code-e-01/) because the antivirus has blocked the external system to be connected.
