Unidentified AVG scripts running in the background (autoinstall.sh and init.sh)

I noticed 2 scripts running in the background "from unidentified developer" called autoinstall.sh and init.sh

I've traced them down to be originating from the folder …/AvgSecureVpn/hub/ which is why I'm writing here…

Is this something to be concerned about?
