I'm consulting with my bank.

I have two charges on my credit card, one on 5/31/20 for 95.39 and one on 8/17/20 for 52.99. I recieved no emails or invoices for these charges and I went to my account page,checked mysubscriptions and found no active products there and nothing on my payment page. I need to shut down this computer because it's running windows 7 which is no longer supported and get new computer, so I need to cancel any subscriptions as I don't need them.   

What I need from you is to unsubsribe me from any products you may have me subscribed for,because I currently am using A widows 7 based computer which Microsoft no longer supports and suggests getting A new windows 10 based computer, which I intend to do. So I no longer need any of your products.
