Unidentified files

Hello Alf,

May I know from when you started these kind of files?
It might relate to any of the windows operating system file too.
Is it appearing as hidden file?

I can see a date of 1.7.2016. The files scans clean with AVG. It doesnt show a tick in the 'hidden' box.It says "the file came from another computer and might be blocked for security". I will do more checks if you can be specific what you want. I'm running win10

I have noticed a number of files in my documents and pictures library which typically have the filename format W0DB240J (actual example). On closer inspection they have 0 bytes and come from an unidentified source., google doesn't find them.
hWat should I do about them?
