Uninstall 2013 version so I can Install 2015

Noreen, Try removing AVG by downloading & using the 32 or 64bit 2015 Remover (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/utilities) [Scroll Down], whichever suits your system. If you're not sure about 32 or 64 bit on your system have a look @ this link (http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-free-forum?sec=thread&act=show&id=140471#post_140471).

I made several attempts to uninstall the 2013 version.  I still have the avg tool bar and have tried everything to uninstall it.  I can't install the newest version untl I do so.  I have ziltch for protection presently and am VERY frustrated.  I only have week ends to do this   Help
