Please uninstall AVG PC TuneUp via control panel and check with the installation.

I had my subscription renewed Jan 5th. I tried to download the newest version. I said to uninstall my old version so I attempted to do so then started the download of the new version. The message:  his app conflict with AVG PC Tune Up.  To complete the installation, please uninstall AVG PC Tune Up.
  I have attempted to do so several times but always end up with the same message. How may I download and install AVG PC Tune Up?
