Uninstall avg and install new subscription

Hi
I am trying to uninstall avg and pc tune up so I can reinstall.  I am getting Error 0xe0010045 I downloaded the avg remover tool and ran it but they are still there and I cannot reinstall pc tune up.  Help please

As we're uncertain about the version of AVG installed on your computer, would you be so kind to let us know the version?
To check this : Go to control panel - Programs & Features - Programs - Version would be listed beside AVG programs.
Also, share us the screenshot of the error message that you receive for better clarity (if you've it).
