Uninstall avg anti-virus free

I want uninstall my AVG program (Free Anti-virus I think) But I get message that first I must remove AVG ZEN… I already did dis-connect ,but not able still uninstall free anti-virus I cannot locate AVG ZEN  anywhere in my computer , I will appreciate any help that comes my way Thank you
