Hi Lottie,

We will help you with the uninstallation.

Please use the AVG clear tool to uninstall the AVG Free version.

For AVG Clear tool, use this link https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe

Run the file and when you get AVG clear window loading, you will get a prompt with Yes and No option. Click on "No" and then select "Uninstall" to proceed with the removal.

Restart the PC when the prompt appears.

How do I uninstall the FREE version of your antivirus?  I download the AVG Remover but it doesn't open, it says it needs a program to run it.
