Uninstall AVG Antivirus when the password isn't acknowledged

AVG program password can not be reset. We'd request you to run AVG clear tool as per the instructions in this link to remove AVG Anti Virus and re install it.

I have installed AVG, next I give a password and he isn't acknowledged. Someone have an idea to reset the password?

P.S. : I have tested AVG remover, it don't work.
