Uninstall AVG web tune up

Ive unsubscibed from  AVG next month and need to uninstall my products, but the only thing that dosent delete is my web tune up.
Ive spent days trying to delete this file.
Ive used the AVG removal tool at least 50 times trying to delete web tune up without any success.
It keeps on saying I have another file open, but I havent
