Please accept our sincere apologies. This isn't the experience we wanted you to have with AVG.
Would you be so kind as to let us know if by "Installer Tool", you're referring to the AVG Clear or Remover tool?
If you are, then we'd like to assure you that the AVG Clear and Remover tools will not delete/uninstall any program/operating system other than AVG programs.
Please let us know if your computer has restarted or if its still displaying the black screen.

I was trying to uninstall the AVG software, using the normal Microsoft process I got a message that my admin right did not allow to uninstall. The AVG software suggested an "Installer tool" which I used. At the end of that process it asked me to reboot. No longer restart, all i get is a black screen. It is acting like the AVG unistaller removed all programs and operating system?? HELP!!!
