Uninstall with avgremove.exe did not work

Please refer this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to run AVG Clear tool to remove the AVG Traces. After the restart, refer this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-AntiVirus-Internet-Security-or-Premium-Security to reinstall the product.

Uninstall with avgremove.exe did not work. Was needed because repair did not work and  i cannot load new virus definitions
