I understand the inconvenience.
Please run AVG removal tool followed by AVG clear tool as mentioned (here) to remove AVG traces.
NOTE: If there are no AVG program found, click on "Run Anyway" to proceed with the removal.
To install your AVG Internet Security program, follow the steps as mentioned (here).
