I don't know this is way too confusing…I bought Internet Security 2015 After re-installing I still have 29 days of Pro and don't want it…you would think if you do not want the free (30days) Pro you would have options to decline instead you have to un-install & re-install all over again. I've searched the internet for a customer service phone number and can't find one. I'd really like to speak one on one to resolve this.
I needed to uninstall AVG Pro (done) Re-install my store bought (40.00) 2015 Internet Security (won't accept it). Can not access my AVG account. AVG will not accept my KEY#'s now what?
