Uninstalled but still cannot stop a running avgsvc in Task Manager

Your AVG remover does not detect it, yet it still runs… Quite annoying when your antivirus acts like a virus… Please get your crappy software off my PC. I installed a 100% FREE antivirus, and found 30 malware on my pc that your crappy antivirus missed.User-added image

We regret for the inconvenience. We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.  
Please click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

I uninstalled AVG Antivirus and AVG Protection via Windows add/remove program which leads to AVG uninstaller, however, I still see avgsvc running in my Task Manager's service tab. I cannot stop it, Windows always say "The Operation could not be completed." Please let me know how to completely turn this off.
