I was notified that my pc tuneup expired but my tuneup subscription is valid until May 2020. I am signed up for 2 devices. The only thing i can think is that a computer i no longer use is 1 of the devices but I no longer have access tho that computer to unsubscribe it. Can anyone help me?

We realize that it's an old version of AVG PC Tuneup. If you would like to have old version, please activate it using your license number by clicking on "Enter License key here" option on that expired popup.
Else, you can uninstall: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software it and reinstall latest version of AVG Tuneup: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Install-TuneUp
