Recently, I had to have the MacOS reinstalled at the Apple Store to correct an unrelated issue. Since then, the antivirus hasn't been running. My guess is that the OS re-installation stomped on part of the AVG installation. Now, attempts to start it manually from the Application folder fail. No error messages, it just doesn't launch. Scanning other posts in this section, I found the how-to, specific to Mojave, to manually remove the product by running an uninstall script from the Terminal window. This method doesn't work, because that path doesn't seem to exist on my computer.
My MacBook Pro is running High Sierra 10.13.6, and using the free version of AVG Antivirus v18.7,
Need help to figure out how to manually uninstall the AVG so I can start over with a clean install.

Using the uninstall utility you sent me, the uninstall, reboot and reinstall appears to have resolved the issue. Thank you!
