Uninstalling AVG, because of the F-up on AVG end that left me with 2 versions on my PC

We understand this might be upsetting. In this case, we request you to use our AVG clear and remover tool to remove it with traces.

Please download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.

1.Open tool
2.User Account control - click "Yes"
3.Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compatibility)
4.Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
5.Click "Uninstall"
6.Click "Restart computer"

After restart, run AVG Remover http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV and remove all other supported products and remnants of AVG (ZEN, Framework).

Download your AVG program from our official website: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download. If the issue persists, we will assist you further.

I have 2 different versions of AVG on my PC because of the download that was forced on my computer, which didn't strip the old one away, while the new one won't work, tried to use the one program to uninstall it, and said that I had to use the other AVG Remover, which right now spinning a hourglass on my desktop for a very long time without and appearance of stopping anytime soon. I want this program off my computer, then will try a clean install of it, but if it doesn't get off my computer soon I'll have to pay someone to remove it, and send you the bill for the service, because I am not paying for your screw up.
