I used to have an AVG Family Safety subscription.  I just uninstalled AVG a week ago using standard Windows uninstall process.  Both Chrome and Quicken no longer will access the Internet.  Chrome says: Bsecure Endpoint Security, bad resource.  I ran the 32 bit uninstall took I downloaded from your website.  This didn't fix the problem.  I looked at the disk and both InetCtrl67.dll and BsecResources.dll.mui files are still on my disk and they are being used by the system.
How can I get AVG Family Safety completely removed?

The same two files named in the first post.
InetCtrl67.dll and BsecResources.dll.mui
