Uninstalling AVG Free as not working properly keep getting error code 0xeoo1f90f

I am trying to uninstall AVG Protection as it is not working and it will not uninstall.  Error cod 0xeoo1f90f keeps coming up, am I doing something wrong?  Can anyone help please?
