I can definitely see how upsetting this would be. Did you also run AVG Clear tool to remove traces of AVG 2017 version? If not, please refer to instructions provided in the link below to run AVG Clear.

I've been trying to uninstall AVG Free for the past hour, and I keep running into an error code 0xe0010002. I've uninstalled all conflicting anti virus software, and closed all installation tasks from my Task Manager. I've used the remover multiple times, but AVG is still on my PC. Please help!
