We appreciate your efforts, AVG remover will uninstall old version of AVG 16 or below and you should use AVG Clear tool to remove latest version of AVG 2017, 18.

I have cancelled my paid subscription for AVG Internet Security but when I try to remove the programme I get the infamous error code 0xe001003e

I have tried the AVG remover tool but that only shows AVG PC Tuneup running on my computer, and the dialogue box will not switch off.  I still have the AVG icon for Internet Security.  

I have loaded Kaspersky Internet Security (after I thought I had uninstalled AVG).  My laptop is running slowly and strangely.

Any help would be most welcome,
