Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to use our AVG remover tool to uninstall the AVG protection.
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:

2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
SUMMARY: i simply want to uninstall all AVGs, and start from scratch.
First I had trouble with FaceBook.
I went to my AVG icon to scan.
Some new AVG stuff came up, I installed or attempted to install (I think it was AVG Zen).
It apparently succeeded, as AVG protection 2016.12.7303 was in my control page.
A "tune-up" pop-up came up (all off the AVG icon) so i went through that.
Thereafter, simply not the regular protection, everything showed "incomplete"
I UNINSTALLED the "tune-up"
I attempted to UNinstall the AVG Protection 2016.12.7303
However, it FAILED to uninstall.

NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
