Thank you for your suggestions. I downloaded the remover for my 64 bit OS (Win 7). It did not work. I previously tried Control Panel with the same results. Remover opened a DOS window but scrolled so fast I could not read it. I did see a lot of "Service Failed 1060 (or 1072). The program then crashed and stopped working. Am I stuck with this? Any other ideas short typing Format C: in a dos box??
