My multi-user subscription is already 10 of 10 are used. I wanted to transfer the AVG from one existing computer to a new computer, so I go direct to uninstall the AVG Internet Security, AVG TuneUp, AVG AntiTrack and AVG VPN on the old computer. When I uninstall, this old computer was disconnected to the internet, the method to uninstall was just tick the uninstall button on the ‘Application List’ panel . After finished uninstall and restart the old computer, I found the number of computer under subscription is still remian 10 of 10 device are used. Is this wrong step?
