Hi

I have had to cancel my AVG Multi device products and have requested a refund. Do I get an email confirming I have cancelled my payment?

Please let us know what happens exactly while attempting to access Unipass. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.  
To check if AVG is causing the issue, we'd suggest you to disbale AVG protection temporarily & check. 
Additionally, you can disconnect AVG Secure VPN, if you're connected to internet through it on your computer.

Let us help you with this, Gary.
It seems that you've overlooked the hyperlink in the previous post. However, you can right click on AVG icon in system tray (near date & time, at bottom right corner) &  click on the toggle bar beside protection to disable AVG protection temporarily.
