Unique installation download for different flavor of WINDOWS?

I recently bought  AVG Internet Security 2018 for three PCs.  One PC is Windows 7 but the others are XP.  Can the same download/install file be used for all THREE flavors of Windows?  (I am prepared to do separate downloads if necessary)
