Please download and run AVG Clear and Remover tools as described in this article in order to remove the AVG traces.
Then search your hard disk for files 'avgui.exe' or 'avastui.exe' to delete if found, restart your PC. Check if you are able to proceed with the windows update.

I am trying to uninstall the AVG package but it asks me for the Avgx64.msi file. All the AVG files have been deleted from the PC but I am still requesting this file for new updates of Windows 10. I cannot proceed to uninstall because I do not have the package on the PC but I need for this file to finish being clean.
