Unknow transaction

Hello, on 1/11 and 1/12 2 amounts have been debited from my credit card for an AVG subscription, except that I have not had an AVG virus scanner for years. Do you want to refund this amount to my credit card? I would like to receive a reply from you as soon as possible!
