Unknown AVG charges

I wanted to send a message directly to Support but that feature is currently not available. I am being charged for some sort of AVG service yearly, but do not recall downloading or signing up. Cannot find anything AVG on any of my devices. In fact, I did not have an account with AVG. I set one up a few months ago in order to figure out what is going on. How do I stop these mysterious charges?
