We got a debit of RM 169 on my HSBC credit card transaction list for DRI*AVG Technologies on Jul 10 2024. I checked my avg subscription list but no subscriptions active under that credit card charged.
Recently, I tried AVG secure VPN trial, but deactivated it very soon after installation as AVG does not have Indian VPN service.
We're not informed about this debit either through email/sms/AVG push notifications. I want a detailed explanation from AVG technologies and need a refund of this amount.
