Unknown device on my network

As with the original post, Network Inspector has twice identified a new unknown device on my network. It is not mine and there is no information on it. Can I remove it? Will pressing ‘forget device’ resolve it? Screenshot attached.

Hello Peter,

We are glad to look into this and help you.
We would like to know which option you chose "Private" or "Public" for Network Inspector scan?
If you choose as 'Private', then it would show you the list of devices that are connected to your home network irrespective of type of connection (LAN or Wifi).
When it was chosen as 'Public', it would show you all the neighbouring networks that aren't associated with your connection.
If possible, please share us the screenshot of unknown device on your network in order to understand better and resolve it.

Suddenly started getting unknow device mentioned on my laptop (Win 10). The device name is Hon Hai and seems to be a Mac device. Network inspector tells me to turn off VPN to scan this network device but when I do Network Inspector doesn't activate. I have a screenshot but can't insert it here it seems. Extremely worried.
