We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

The sum of £69.99 has been withdrawn fron my account which i know nothing about. Please reimburse this amount and cancell any subscriptions that you think i have with you.To my knowledge I never authorised any automatic renewal, if i have then it was done in very small print or covertly.
