I have never subscribed to avg, only had a free trail. Now my credit card has been debited for a Avg Subscription 4. I have never given Avg my credit card number and have never asked for a subscription. My card has been charged $199.9  plus a $1.80 International transaction fee (I live in Australia)

I don't have the computer that I had the free trial for. I am 73years old, could somebody help me as I'm not IT savvy.

I have an idea.  Call your credit card company and tell them you did not make this charge and ask them to reverse it.  They have the info on file when it was charged etc.  It should be simple to have them reverse this.  Credity card companies do well with fraud and if this be the case, you should have no worries.

I cannot get my order number or an ID number. when I try they tell me they have not got my email addres???
