Hi, I've tried to have the refund for AVG Internet Security following the procedure you gave me but I'm not able to found the serial number of my product because the email I used for register that product is not active anymore. Can you delete my previous accont with all the subscriptions associated please? What I can do to retrive my old license number?

I also purchased one year license for AVG tuneup and all I have is the 77.99€ charged on my credit card and I don't understand why. I checked my subscription and I found nothing related to the 77.99€. Can you tell me more informations about that? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear about this. From your account I see that your AVG Antivirus has been automatically renewed on 2017.10.31 and now you have AVG Antivirus which will expire on 2019.11.15. You can login to your AVG MyAccount using your email address and you will be able to see your active subscriptions. Feel free to contact us again if you need any further assistance.

On November 03 2017 you have charged the amount of 77.99 € on my bank account through my credit card. I suppose for a 24 months automatic renewal of AVG Protection service. Please confirm as I received no advance notice or any detail on billing up-date.

I understand your concern. I see from your record that you have been charged EUR 31.49 for the purchase of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited on 2017.11.1 and the other charge Eur 53.99 for renewal of AVG Anti-Virus on 2017.10.31. We have located another account of yours registered under a different email address that have the subscription of AVG Internet Security recently renewed on 2017.11.3 for EUR 77.99. You do not need this renewal and can get refund for the same. I have emailed you the steps to get refund and email address using which you were charged along with the order number.
