Can I please have an answer to my last request (below) so I can resolve this - I have lost a day on it now. Thank you.

Alan, I am not abusing your resources I am trying to reply using your unfriendly system which keeps logging me out. I have downloaded your screenshot prog and saved three shots to desktop. How do I attach these to this thread or where do I email them to get some continuity? That's all I've been trying to do all afternoon!

I don't know what you're talking about - as I suspect you know. I have wasted enough time on this -
just give me an email address to which I can attach the screenshots your colleagues requested which will retain a link with this thread.
