You can unlock phone using web interface (https://www.avgmobilation.com/).
Please make sure your phone is connected to internet (wifi since new sim is not working).

Hi, I've changed the sim and my phone got locked, and even I put the right password, the phone didnt recognize it as correct, i tried use the web but I accidentally eliminate all dispositives registered… 
I can't unlock the phone and I can't unlock it from web… and seems no pasword its correct , I don't know what to do… please, can you help me… i cant use my phone…
