Hello

My Sony Xperia Phone went avg antivirus updation and I somehow created an avg account but I have never activated the anti-theft pin in my phone. I changed the sim card and it is asking for the code to unlock I don't know what to do with it.It does not show any forgot pin option. Can I unlock my phone via my email-id as I don't know my phone's IMEI number.

I tried both the option but could not get my phone unlocked I have not got any email which could help me, my email is priya.jh13@gmail.com.I have never registered my phone for anti-theft subscription but it gives warning This phone has been lost or stolen and asks for a four digit pin for unlocking it with no any other option.I was using free version of avg free antivirus.

If it fails please click on the following link http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H and fill out your details, select as android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description explain about your issue completely and finally click on Email option. Our AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I understand how difficult this is for you. To best assist you with this, I suggest you to contact our AVG Mobile support. Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.
