Hi,

My VPN was activated because I've change my SIM and the site my.avg.com dosen't work. How I could unlock my phone without my code PIN?

Candice, is your device listed earlier when you logged into "my.avg.com"?

Candice, we can't reset the password for the anti-theft feature. You have to reset the password from your end. Please login to https://id.avg.com/?target=https%3A%2F%2Fmy.avg.com%2F#login this website and try to reset the password of AVG AntiTheft.

Hi Vishnu, I'm unable to see my mobile device registered when i login to  AVG Account 
Please help me buddy. I also tried resolving it via chat option but they're saying it's out of their scope.
I'll have to speak to the higher authority if this is the case.

Hi Alan!! Please help me buddy. My device is not registered when i log in to "my.avg.com". Can you please try reseting my password from your end? It's really urgent buddy.
I'm not getting the option of reset password.
