I changed the sim card on my phone and AVG locked my mobile device. It's asking for an 'unlock password' but the anti-theft screen wont accept my password. I've reset my password on www.avgobilation.com several times but it continues to reject all password entries on the mobile device.
This is extremely frustrating! I desperately need access to my phone. Can someone please attend to this URGENTLY. If you could please respond to mapulagmt@gmail.com I'd really appreciate that.
