Unlocking my device I forgot my unlock password

lol I know this I've contactacted avg 3x to help me get the password but the support team IS NOT CONTACTING ME BACK. :frowning: not happy with the support from AVG right now as it's been 4 days from my first email to them and still no reply!!!

If you have installed AVG AntiVirus on your tablet. And you activate Anti-Theft service
And if you change the SIM card. Device is locked

To unlock the device then please follow these steps

Hi I changed my sim on my tablet and my anti theft kicked in ! The password I remembered was wrong and I am unable to get back into my device. I have gone onto the avg website and that hasn't worked and I have contacted avg via email twice and they have not replied. How can I get back into my device can anyone please help me
