My phone got locked because I inserted a different sim card, I have been trying to unlock through AVGMOBILATION using Avg My Account, once I click on unlock it take some time progressing my request but once completed I get a message that my phone is off or offline. The other thing is because the screen is locked,I am unable to see if my data is on or not. Please assist.
