Hi Alan, thanks, but it did not because i do not have access to the account of which i created the antitheft password. is it possible to have 2 different AVG accounts under the same e mail? becoz this is what is happening now. i do not know what to do.

Hi, I changed my sim card and the AVG antitheft is saying the device is lost or stolen. I do not remember the password and i also forgot the password for my AVG account so i did put my e mail address and clicked on forgot password but never received the reset password e mail, not in my spam as well. i continued receiving the e mails of antitheft break in alerts though when i was trying to unlock my phone. in order to write this i registered again under the same e mail address halawighaith@gmail.com
please help!
