Hello, I am really needing some support. I bought a new Samsung 7 and have given my husband my old Samsung 5.

I changed the chip from his old phone into the Samsung 5 - AVG has now locked me out of my husbands phone and is asking for an unlock password. 

I have rang AVG and they were unable to help!! they suggested I ask other AVG users about the problem.

Could anyone out there give me some suggestions? I cannot ever remember making a code when the AVG program was installed on the phone.
