Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/LockedPhone). Otherwise, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Thanks for your reply. I have even mailed them but no response. I think they already have lot of mails from customers and hope they need lot of time. I could'nt find their contact number (I stay in Germany) so the process might be fast.

VERY URGENT

Hello Everyone,

I have a serious problem since 2 days and there is no response to my mails from customer service center. I changed my sim card which let me to enter password of Anti- theft. I forgot the pin. I had attempted many times but failed, instead I got a secret camera capture from my phone and it was sent to my mail. I have an access to wi-fi in my mobile (Sony Xperia Z2) but cannot use anything as it was locked. 
I had opened anti-theft website in my PC and logged in. Unfortunately by mistake I have de-registered my device in the website thinking it would unlock my mobile, it did not work. I am unable to retrieve it (install./ register my mobile back) anymore.

Please help me to sort out this problem if anyone knows.
